Guid’@llier won the 2008 Innovation RuraliTIC Prize in Aurillac, Auvergne, on the 27-28 of August. This prize rewards new technology projects aiming to develop tourism in rural areas. The GPS digital guide of Allier, a department in the centre of France, uses new techno to present tourist information, allowing discovery of Allier's treasures by boat, by car or on foot.
